內視鏡隆乳教學手術〔隆乳權威吳至偉醫師〕

在珍珠波原廠 GCAesthetics 邀請下，我在麗舍整形外科診所舉辦一場針對泰國醫師的腋下內視鏡隆乳 Workshop。 

泰國醫師在整形美容手術領域，特別是在變性與隆乳手術方面，早已是全世界的翹楚之一 🌏。每年無數的手術案例，讓他們累積了豐富的臨床經驗。

然而，多數泰國醫師仍以胸下切口為主，對於「腋下內視鏡」技術則相對陌生。

這次 Workshop 中，共有七位泰國醫師參與，我示範了珍珠波植體的腋下內視鏡隆乳手術，並在會後與大家分享：

初次隆乳：隱痕自然，恢復快速
二次隆乳：修正困難案例，降低併發症
乳房重建：幫助患者重拾自信與生活

整場手術過程順利，幾位醫師都對成果非常滿意，並對腋下內視鏡技術展現出濃厚興趣 🔍。

吳至偉醫師在麗舍整形迎來七位泰國醫師，進行教學與交流

I was honored to be invited by GCAesthetics, the original manufacturer of Perle implants, to host an Axillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation Workshop at Elysee Aesthetics Medical Center for Thai surgeons.

Thai surgeons are already recognized as world leaders 🌏 in the field of aesthetic surgery, especially in gender-affirming and breast augmentation procedures. With countless surgeries performed every year, they have accumulated extensive clinical experience.

However, most Thai surgeons still rely primarily on the inframammary fold incision, making them relatively less familiar with the axillary endoscopic approach. During this workshop, seven Thai surgeons participated as I demonstrated Perle implant breast augmentation via the axillary endoscopic technique. Afterward, I shared its applications in:

✅ Primary augmentation – natural hidden scar, faster recovery
✅ Secondary augmentation – addressing complex revision cases, reducing complications
✅ Breast reconstruction – helping patients regain confidence and quality of life

The entire procedure went smoothly, and the surgeons were very satisfied with the results 👍, showing great interest in this innovative technique 🔍.

💬 I truly believe in the principle of “teaching and learning from one another.” By sharing experience, not only can more surgeons master advanced techniques, but I also continue to grow through these exchanges. Bringing Taiwan’s clinical expertise to the international stage, benefiting more patients worldwide, is my greatest mission and pride 💗.
